  • To request a repair for a product purchased in a store, please click on the following link: Repair process. Remember to attach the purchase invoice or a sealed warranty.
  • To carry out the process in the Canary Islands or Portugal, it is necessary to contact us at atencionalcliente@sytech.es to receive the appropriate instructions.

  • The Technical Service is available exclusively in Spain. For any processes from other countries in Europe, the customer must manage the warranty directly at the place of purchase.
