How do i register my product ?
How can I place an order?

You can make your purchase directly from the website without needing to log in or register as a customer to enjoy various benefits. By subscribing, you will receive information about the latest news, access to special promotions, accumulate "Lives" points, and have access to your purchase history, among other advantages.

If you decide to create an account, you can delete it at any time by contacting us through the contact form.

To make a purchase, simply select the "ADD TO CART" button on the products you are interested in. Once you have finished your selection, choose "CHECKOUT" to proceed to payment. Remember that to apply your "Lives" points to your purchase, you must be logged in.

You can access your cart at any time using the icon located in the upper right corner of the page. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once the shipping agency collects the package, you will receive another email confirming the shipment. Additionally, you can view a copy of your invoice and track your order at any time from your account on our website.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all the prices displayed on our Sytech website include VAT.

What payment options can I use?

Credit or Debit Card: To make purchases on our online store using your credit or debit card, you need to have the secure payment system activated. If you don't have this option yet, we recommend contacting your bank to activate it or selecting another available payment method.

BIZUM: This payment method is only available for purchases in Spain. It is a simple, fast, and secure option. You can now buy with Bizum in just a few seconds using your phone and the 4-digit code provided by Bizum before completing the purchase. Your bank will validate the transaction, and that's it! It's that easy.

Bank Transfer: Available exclusively for purchases in Spain and Portugal. If you choose the bank transfer or deposit option, we will provide you with the necessary details to make the payment at the end of your order. The order will be processed once the payment is confirmed, which may take up to 48 business hours.

PayPal: When you select PayPal as your payment method, a fee will apply based on the order amount. This amount will be clearly detailed in the cart, where you can also change the payment method if you prefer.

What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

Orders paid with credit card, BIZUM, or PayPal that are confirmed before 2:00 PM are prepared and handed over to the shipping agency on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, as well as those made during holidays or weekends, will be prepared and delivered to the carrier the next business day. The delivery time of each carrier varies between 24 and 72 hours from collection at our warehouse.

In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, preparation and delivery to the shipping agency occur once the payment receipt is confirmed, which may extend the timeframe by up to an additional 48 hours.

Once we have handed over your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the shipment, and you can download your purchase invoice from our website

What type of warranty do the products have?

All Sytech products available in our online store come with a 36-month warranty.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Any costs incurred from the chosen payment method or special shipping may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

To return a product, you must complete the following form, keeping in mind the following information:

  • The merchandise to be returned must have the authorization number provided by our Customer Service via email after filling out the previous form.

  • It is necessary to send the product correctly protected, in perfect condition, with all accessories, instructions, packaging, and wrapping in the same condition as received.

  • The costs of returning the product to our facilities will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product is defective or does not match the information provided in the description, qualities, or uses advertised.

Upon receiving the package, we will verify that everything is correct and proceed with the corresponding refund for the returned items. The approximate processing time is 7 days from when we receive it at our facilities. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Original processing fees from PayPal will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For Spain (Mainland):

  • Free return shipping on orders over €29.99.
  • Orders between €0 and €29.99: €3.95.
  • If any discount causes the total to be less than €30, return shipping costs will be recalculated based on the information above.

For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:

  • Balearic Islands: Fixed return cost of €7.95 for up to 3.5 kg. For over 3.5 kg, a fixed cost of €15.00.
  • Canary Islands: Fixed return cost of €12.00 for up to 3.5 kg. For over 3.5 kg, a fixed cost of €35.00.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: Fixed return cost of €7.95 for up to 3.5 kg. For over 3.5 kg, a fixed cost of €25.00.

At Sytech, we cannot control the customs clearance of products. Therefore, customers from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla must bear the costs of any customs duties and/or import taxes that may arise. The return shipping costs do not include customs fees and/or taxes.

For Portugal (Mainland only):

  • Free return shipping on orders over €29.99.
  • Orders between €0 and €29.99: €3.95.
  • If any discount causes the total to be less than €30, return shipping costs will be recalculated based on the information above.

What can I do if I made a mistake when placing an order? Can I cancel it?

If you placed an order by mistake or you made an error in the product, address, or any other detail, and you wish to cancel it, we recommend that you send an email to info@sytech.es as soon as possible. If you request the cancellation on the same day of the purchase, we will be able to cancel the order and process the refund immediately.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the order has already been shipped, we will first coordinate with the shipping company to return the package, and once it is received, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount

Do the products include instructions in English?

Yes, of course. The law requires that instructions be available, at least, in Spanish but all our products include English and Portuguese manuals as well. Additionally, you can download the manuals directly from each product page on sytech.es.

What shipping method do we use?

You will be able to check the shipping details and the transport agency in the 'My Account' section once your order has been shipped. You will also receive all the information via email. We collaborate with different transport agencies to ensure the best service according to the product, shipping type, and destination.

What are the shipping rates?

For mainland Spain:

Free shipping on orders over €40.
For orders between €0 and €39.99, shipping costs vary between €3.95 and €7.95, calculated at the final step based on the weight of the item(s) ordered.
If you apply a discount and the total amount to pay is less than €40, the shipping costs will be recalculated according to the information above.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands

For shipments to the Balearic islands, the following rates apply:

Balearic Islands:

  • Shipments up to 3.5 kg: €7.95.
  • Shipments over 3.5 kg: €15.00.

Shipping to Portugal (only available for mainland Portugal):

Free shipping on orders over €50.00.
For orders between €0 and €49.99, shipping costs vary between €7.95 and €12.95, calculated at the final step based on the weight of the item(s) ordered.
If you apply a discount and the total amount to pay is less than €30, the shipping costs will be recalculated according to the information above.

How long do deliveries take?

Orders paid with a credit card, BIZUM, or PayPal that are confirmed before 14:00 hours are prepared and handed over to the transport agency on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 hours, as well as those made during holidays or weekends, are prepared and delivered to the carrier the next business day. The delivery time for each carrier varies between 24 and 72 hours from the pickup at our warehouse.

In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, preparation and delivery to the transport agency will occur once the payment receipt is confirmed, which may extend the timeframe by up to an additional 48 hours.

Can I track the shipment?

You can check the shipment and the transport agency in "My Account" once your order has been shipped. We collaborate with various transport agencies to ensure the best possible service. Orders will be shipped using the most suitable transport company, considering the type of service, delivery area, and the product's characteristics (weight, volume, and fragility). In the "Order History and Details" section, you will be able to track your order.

What should I do if the delivery person arrives at my house and I am not home?

If the delivery person does not find anyone at the delivery address, the package will be rescheduled for delivery the next business day. Generally, they will leave a notice in your mailbox or you will receive an email and/or an SMS informing you about the situation. If the package cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will be taken to a pickup point or sent back to Sytech

Warranties and returns.

What should I do if I receive a product in poor condition?

If you notice that the packaging is visibly damaged when you receive your order, make sure to note it on the delivery slip from the courier. If the damage affects the product and not just the packaging, we recommend rejecting the delivery. Afterward, contact our team through the contact form or chat so that we can manage the incident with the transport company and send you a new product at no additional cost.

How to proceed if the product has hidden defects at the time of receipt?

We recommend opening your order on the same day you receive it and checking that it is in perfect condition, without any transport damage.

If you find that the product is broken or defective, please let us know as soon as possible through the contact form. We will arrange to pick it up and replace it with one in perfect condition, at no additional cost to you.

What happens if I notice that pieces, instructions, or other accessories are missing when I open the packaging?

Please carefully check the box and its compartments, as they may contain product parts. We also recommend reading the instructions to know exactly which parts should be included with the received model.

If you discover that any part is missing, contact us through the contact form, and we will send it to you.

Do I have a timeframe to return the product if I don't want it?

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return for withdrawal.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used.
