These General Terms of Sale apply to all product transactions conducted by SATYATRADE S.L. via the website https://www.sytech.es. By purchasing products through this platform, the customer implicitly agrees to these terms. SATYATRADE S.L. reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time; the updated versions will be applicable to all orders placed following their publication on the website.
Product prices
The prices of the products are clearly displayed throughout the entire purchasing process, reflecting the cost as of the order date, including a breakdown of Value Added Tax (VAT) and shipping charges. SATYATRADE S.L. reserves the right to adjust prices and fees at any time, as well as to cancel transactions if any errors are detected, whether typographical, computational, or clerical in nature.
Payment Options and Security
You can make payments using your credit or debit card through the secure payment gateway, Redsys.
Your purchase on sytech.es using a credit card is completely secure. Sytech employs Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode security systems, which ensure safe online transactions, protecting both customers and retailers from potential fraud.

Orders
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products in accordance with these General Terms of Sale and the stipulations outlined on the website.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the purchasing process is complete and accurate.
The order will not be considered a binding contract until it has been confirmed by SATYATRADE S.L.
SATYATRADE S.L. reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
The data recorded by SATYATRADE S.L. will be regarded as definitive proof of the order and the purchasing process.
Invoice
You can download your invoice at any time from our website by accessing the Invoices section within your profile.
Shipping and Delivery
Confirmed orders by SATYATRADE S.L. will be delivered to the address provided in the request, always within the national territory (with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). We will make every effort to ensure delivery occurs between 2 and 7 business days after the order is placed. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping costs are free for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands on orders over €40, including taxes. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, please contact us.
We recommend checking the conditions and quantity of the delivered products. If you notice any discrepancies, you may notify SATYATRADE S.L. within 14 days of receipt.
Right of Withdrawal
You may return the product if you are not satisfied, provided you do so within fourteen (14) days following its receipt. To initiate the return, you must clearly notify your decision to SATYATRADE S.L. via email.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us your notification before the end of the applicable period. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments made, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from a delivery method other than the standard, most economical delivery option we offer), without unnecessary delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you specify otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any additional costs for the refund. We will take care of collecting the goods at our expense.
To proceed with the return, the product must be sent in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that came with it.
You may exercise this right in a legally accepted manner and send it to our email address: atencionalcliente@sytech.es.
Once the condition of the product has been verified, our Administrative department will proceed to refund the amount paid for the item and any additional charges. You will only be responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to determine their characteristics and functioning. SATYATRADE S.L. reserves the right to deduct from the refund any amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the product if it is not returned in the specified conditions.

Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in these General Terms of Sale, the maximum amount of any claim, for any reason, against SATYATRADE S.L. shall be limited to the purchase price invoiced for the products related to the claim.
Product Availability
The products available on https://www.sytech.es are valid as long as they are visible on the website and in stock. As this is an e-commerce platform, the inventory is updated in real time, which means that some items may become unavailable during the purchasing process. If your order includes products that are still in stock, you will be able to proceed with the purchase of those items.
Regulations
These Terms of Sale, along with any interactions between the user and SATYATRADE S.L., will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
